Responsibilities

• Cat Care: Feed, groom, and monitor the health and happiness of our cats.
• Cleaning: Keep our space sparkling and welcoming for visitors and cats alike (cleaning is a major part of the role).
• Customer Service: Provide an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
• Retail Excellence: Manage sales, restock merchandise, and handle inventory with precision.
• Problem Solving & Adaptability: Handle challenges with grace and flexibility in our ever-evolving environment.

Qualifications:

We take our qualifications seriously—only apply if you meet all the requirements.

• Passion for cats.
• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Experience working with or caring for cats (professionally or at home).
• Ability to lift 30lbs and stay active for 4+ hours daily.
• Quick thinking, multitasking, and strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to use cleaning chemicals like bleach and detergents
